Key areas include: Supporting quality and clinical governance initiatives Providing guidance to clinicians and managers around best practice Completing clinical audits and reviews Assisting with accreditation and pre-accreditation prep Contributing to policies, procedures and governance frameworks Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives Working collaboratively to uplift clinical standards across services What I'm looking for Registered Nurse (AHPRA) Minimum 5 years clinical experience At least 2 years in aged care Circa 12 months experience in quality and governance Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance Confident working across teams and engaging stakeholders Someone who can balance supporting teams while maintaining objectivity Nice to have: Postgrad in Quality, Governance or Healthcare Management Experience with accreditation processes Exposure to quality improvement projects The kind of person who'll do well here Someone who: Enjoys being a go-to support for teams rather than managing the floor Has an eye for detail, compliance and improvement Communicates well and builds strong working relationships Wants to step further into the quality/governance space If this sounds like you Apply directly or reach out for a confidential chat, happy to run you through the role in more detail and give you a proper feel for the organisation before you make any decisions.
